Un Installation of SAP Instance

 

Procedure

 

Through SAP Software provisioning Tool ( Prior SAPInst ) you can un install an SAP Instance.

 

Download provisioning tool from http://service.sap.com/sltoolset > System Provisioning > Software Provisioning Manager and download tool depending upon your operating system version.

 

Extract .SAR package with sapcar and run sapinst.exe. This requires JRE installed in your machine

 

From tool navigate to SAP Netweaver version > Software Life-Cycle Options > Uninstall and select Uninstall-System/Standalone Engine

 

If instance which you want to un install has profiles available check profiles available and select profile directory from dropdown

 

 

By clicking on Next will navigate you to input parameters for un installation.

 

 

Select Uninstall complete database if you want to uninstall whole database else uncheck it if you want to un install only single instance. Be careful while selecting option here.

 

Review the parameters for un installation.  

 

This will complete the un installation of instance.
